Cedillo Joins Advocates to Announce TPS Strategy

Los Angeles–Councilmember Cedillo will join the Movement for Immigrant Justice and Equity ("MIJE"), a coalition including members of the LA City Council, the LA Mayor's office, and a broad range of grassroots and faith-based groups vowing to protect TPS recipients living in Los Angeles from arrest, detention or deportation to announce the strategies they will follow to protect TPS recipients from ICE arrests or detention.

They group will also announce a TPS Fair to be held Saturday, March 10, 2018, from 9 AM to 4 PM at the LA Trade Tech campus to assist Haitian and Salvadoran TPS recipients complete their final renewal applications, final because these programs have now been terminated by President Trump.
