Cedillo to Kick Off Latino Heritage Month in LA

Los Angeles—Councilmember Cedillo will launch Latino Heritage Month (September 15 - October 15) with a council presentation, press conference and luncheon at City Hall. Latino Heritage Month is a time when Latinos honor their spirit of self-determination, dignity, and respect for cultural heritage.
