Cedillo to Open 100% Affordable Housing Complex in CD1
Continues to Provide Affordable Housing Under A Housing Crisis

Los Angeles—Councilmember Cedillo will help cut the ribbon on the Paseo at California, an affordable large family property consisting of 53 affordable apartments, replacing an underutilized and blighted lot. The building represents a 7-yearlong effort of its developers, banks, funding partners and City and State agencies each of which are committed to providing Los Angeles with high quality, sustainable, affordable housing.
