Cedillo to Host Immigration Forum to Calm Fears in NELA
Partners with LAPD, Consulates and Nonprofits to Provide Legal Resources

Los Angeles—Councilmember Cedillo will host an immigration town hall tonight, along with Padres Unidos Por NELA, LAPD, LAUSD, Divine Saviour Church, the Mexican and Salvadoran Consulates, Ferias Legales, Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, and Padres Voluntarios de Juntos Park.

Since the ICE arrest of Romulo Avelica Gonzalez in Highland Park, while dropping off his children at school, residents have been uneasy and fearful in their own community.
