Cedillo to Declare October as ‘Mes de Salud’ in Los Angeles
Partners with Consul General of Mexico, 100 organizations and LA County Public Health

Los Angeles—Councilmember Gil Cedillo will partner with the Consul General of Mexico in Los Angeles, more than 100 community organizations (community clinics, government agencies and hospitals), and the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health, for the launch of "Health Month 2016," which will take place throughout October. Medical services can be complicated and expensive for immigrant communities.
