WHYCouncilmember Cedillo, for the second consecutive year, will declare Tuesday, October 20th as ‘Dia de Latinoamerica’ in the City of Los Angeles. In collaboration with the consulate offices representing Latin America, Cedillo will declare that Los Angeles is the city with the highest population of Latinos in the country and will recognize the important contributions Latin American communities have made in the economic and political development of the City of Los Angeles.
